NPCC matters

Ok, the NPCC day has gone on smoothly.However, i heard from a sec 4 or JC senior (not from NPCC) that they saw cadet without the Beret when they are outside the shelter and has told our CI.Please own up before the NCOs got angry.if anyone knows that there is anyone from our squad who didn't follow the rules, please inform me by email
