(eg. from 1 to 5, or 5 to 8)Weren't I and your other fellow NCOs there during the uniform sizing to help you in getting the suitable size for your uniform? Why is it that there are still so many cadets that need their uniform parts to be changed?To Lim Yi Fan: Your belt was spoiled when it was given to me. Is it spoiled when the supplier gave it to you or you have spoiled it yourself?For the rest, I certainly want an explanation (by Tues 5/5 2200hrs) on why you have to change the size even though we were already there to help you during the sizing. Also, if it is because the supplier gave you the wrong size even though you have circled the correct one, do tell me so too.Squad i/c, please ensure your squadmates get this message.Lastly, I hope that the whole squad can reflect about and learn through this.
